SENIOR PASTOR: DAVID GOOD:
  Rev. David C. Good and his wife Sharon comes to First Baptist Marshall from central Illinois where he served as Senior Pastor for thirteen years. They have four married children and eleven grandchildren. He has served churches in Ohio, Wisconsin and Illinois. He is a graduate of Michigan State University, Ohio State University, Northern Baptist Theological Seminary. He comes with a wide range of experiences having taught in the public schools of Ohio for fifteen years, raised and trained horse for thirty five years and coached track/cross country high school athletes for 30 plus years. He has been very active in the communities in which he pastored churches. He currently is coaching part time at Marshall Academy for track & cross country.  We welcome you to Marshall First Baptist and look forward to meeting you.

 
ASSOCIATE PASTOR/YOUTH PASTOR: MATTHEW HALL:





On Sunday Morning you will find Matt teaching Sunday School, opening morning worship, and teaching the children's sermon.  Matt is married to Mindy (Weakely) and together they have three children .  Matt serves the church as a part time pastor and is also employed by the Calhoun County Road Commission.  Matt is a graduate of Kellogg Community College and Siena Heights University.  the Hall's are very active in the church and look forward to meeting you. 


 
PIANO: MADELON WAIDELY  AND MARION WEERS

Madelon is married to Ed Waidely and has gone to Marshall First Baptist Church for many years. Madelon taught 1st grade in the Marshall Public Schools. She enjoys gardening and reading in her spare time.  Marion Weers fills in when Madelon can not be with us. She is married to Steve Weers. They have two children and two granddaughters. Steve & Marion (Waidely) have attended Marshall First Baptist since they were infants.


MUSIC DIRECTOR: LIZ WEERS:

Liz has gone to Marshall First Baptist most of her life. Steve and Marion Weers are her mom & dad. Liz is a graduate of Marshall High were she was in drama & Marshall singers. She attended Kellogg College and is a graduate of Madonna College. She works for Sunshine Toyota in Battle Creek. Liz leads the children's music program on Wednesday evening as well as the Adult Choir on Sunday Morning.
SOUND & MULTIEMEDIA; KEITH & PAULA RIEGLE:
On Sunday Morning you will find Keith at the sound board. Keith has attended Marshall First Baptist since his mother carried him there as a new baby.

On Sunday Morning you will fine Paula next to Keith running the Multimedia on the wall for the service. Paula has attended Marshall First Baptist ever since marrying Keith in 1972. Keith & Paula (Goodrich) are both graduates of Marshall High School, Keith was in the US Air Force, and both  are very active in the church and serve where ever needed.
 
They have two adult children and five grandchildren and have worked in numerous businesses in the Marshall area and look forward to meeting you.
